Hip Hop (Above 5 years)
As this is a highly energetic dance style the kids are taken through a warm-up which concentrates on building stamina and improving strength and flexibility.
Routines where the basic popping, locking and breaking techniques are introduced and the entire class focuses on improving body control and balance, core strength and rhythm. Energetic and a fun way to learn a new hobby and a great way to exercise and increase their music awareness. Each class offers a new set of combinations and routines to today’s popular kid-friendly music. As the classes move forward the kids are introduced to basic floor work (down rock and up rock).
